Owner/Operator of several beach rental properties and a gift shop in the North Carolina Outer Banks. Has been building homes in outer banks for 40 years, and has been living here for over 25 years. We have staff in town available during business hours to address any concerns during your stay.

Features include: Pool; Hot tub; Ocean and Sound views from 6 decks; Close to beach access; Bed and bath linens and starter essentials; Free Wi-Fi; Roku TVs with cable; High chair and pack n’ play available. Kitchen, kitchenette, dining, living, powder, 4 bedrooms suites w/ bathroom w/ jetted tub + shower, bonus room, game room. 5 queens in bedrooms and Queen and 2 twins in bonus room.

Neighbourhood information

House is on the beach road in south nags head, a quiet area with larger lot and a bit less traffic than houses between the highways. Great views of ocean from top 2 floors on east side of house, and the sound from the west side of the house. Beach access is across the street.
