Each cabin suite features its own “cowboy kitchen” and comes completely stocked with coffee, tea, juice, hot cocoa, a complimentary bottle of wine as a gift from us, lots of breakfast goodies (such as homemade waffles, eggs, bacon, egg white spinach frittatas, cinnamon rolls, muffins, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches for those on the go, cereals & biscotti), and evening snacks (such as keto friendly cheese & nut snacks, popcorn & crackers). But we are most known for our delicious signature homemade German Sausage Puff Pastry—a cherished family recipe from the beloved original owner of our B&B, Mrs. Mary, that we still enjoy and make to honor her today. We pride ourselves on creating a truly unique and memorable experience for our guests unlike any other bed and breakfast they’ve ever stayed at before. Each one of our cabin suites is uniquely themed and filled with thoughtful details, comforts, foods & surprises when our guests arrive to make their stay more comfortable. Our resident llama and 2 adorable mini donkeys love people and will be popping by to greet you, say hello and are more than happy to take photos with you, while our 2 long haired mini highlander cows Cookie & Leche graze in their 2 acre oasis. We don't have an on-site chef preparing breakfast in the mornings. All of your breakfast & amenities will all be stocked and ready in your room when you get there. Each room includes a complimentary bottle of wine as a gift from us, a coffee and tea station, a cowboy kitchen with mini fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster oven, snacks, a continental breakfast in your room that you can heat up at your leisure, a steamer, a blow dryer and a complimentary treat bag to feed our adorable animals that live on the property freely and who will be sure to come by and say hello. To truly enjoy an authentic peaceful and private Hill Country farm experience we will not be on-site with you during your stay. We’ll always be available by phone, text or email and are only 45 minutes away if you need us. We try to help make your virtual check-in as easy and smooth as possible. Expect a welcome text and email from us, the day before your stay, with a map and more detailed instructions. Once you turn off Old San Antonio Road, for 1.5 miles you’ll find yourself on a beautiful country road that doubles as quiet walking trails frequented by our guests and neighbors alike. This small whimsical stretch is lined with pecan trees and twisted live oak trees and is not only habitat for many white-tailed deer, axis, armadillos, wild turkeys, raccoons, hawks, and squirrels. You may even spot the neighbor’s alpacas, zebras, and llamas, as you pass by a historic picturesque Hill Country farm.
