A sparkling pool and docks for fishing or boating are just steps from your door. Beautiful beaches, a variety of dining options, stores, bait shops, and charters are all nearby. Boat trailer parking and washdown area, as well as a fish cleaning station, are available on the property. Whether it’s the beaches, fishing, bird watching, or just relaxing that brings you to North Padre Island, you will love this property. The well-equipped kitchen has a smokeless grill, dishwasher, and a convenient coffee bar with Keurig for brewing either K-cup or ground. Comfortable seating and a smart TV are ready to welcome your casual downtime in the living room between outings. Two of the bedrooms include a TV for added flexibility. All three bedrooms feature access to a balcony. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and washer/dryer on the property. Things to Know Boat docks are available on a "first-come, first-served" basis. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
