This rental includes access to the Tahoe Park Beach Association, which offers 800 feet of beach and two deepwater piers as well as a boat launch, playground, expansive lawn area, volleyball court, basketball hoop, swing set, and horseshoe pits. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars in the driveway. This rental does not have air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Grills and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during the winter months.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
