The home also boasts prime convenience, with cross-country skiing and snowshoe trails accessible right out the front door and a short, two-block walk to shopping, bars, and dining in Government Camp. A true gem of local craftsmanship, the home comes fully furnished from top to bottom with rustic-inspired comfort and all the modern amenities equipped for family comfort. The kitchen features cool cement counters and a full suite of appliances for handling home cooking with ease. The open living area sets the stage for group gatherings with sofas and an eight-seater dining table anchored by an impressive wood-burning fireplace. A cozy upstairs nook features a living area with a TV and assortment of books, plus a semi-private office space equipped for remote working with a dedicated desk and drafting table. Additional home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. The private deck area makes an ideal spot for morning coffee or post-hike and apres-ski cocktails. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
