The park offers endless family fun with amenities including a baseball field, disc golf, walking trails, and children's play equipment. Pensacola State College, Cordova Mall, and the Pensacola International Airport are both within a two-mile radius. The Seville Historic District is only seven miles away and Pensacola Beach is 14 miles away. NAS Pensacola is less than 13 miles away. The home's multiple sitting and lounge areas include two living rooms (one furnished with a gas fireplace), a parlor, and a front sunroom equipped with a desk for remote working or school study. The impressive full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Meals can be enjoyed at the eat-in nook or around the main dining table. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
