Enjoy a vacation in Newport at this sunny home with ocean views and a private hot tub that up to eight guests will love! Located at the north end of Nye Beach, you'll appreciate quiet surroundings with the beach nearby and a wide variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house has a bright and airy atmosphere - in the main living area is an assortment of comfortable furniture, a wood fireplace, board game collection, and flatscreen TV with a DVD player (WiFi included). Large picture windows offer spectacular ocean views, which you'll enjoy even more from the patio furniture on the sunny, wrap-around deck. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make delicious meals, including a blender, mixer, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. Six will fit around the dining table for a pleasant dinner together. Downstairs, a den features a flatscreen TV and furniture - a perfect place for the kids to play while the adults spend time upstairs (please only use the upstairs fireplace, as the downstairs one is for decoration only). Step outside to the garden and enjoy a tranquil soak in the hot tub, regardless of the weather. With three bedrooms and two full baths, this home is suitable for up to eight guests (six adults maximum). Two bedrooms downstairs each offer a queen bed with a shared full bath between them. In the den is a sofabed, and there's a private washer/dryer as well. The master bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed and a full private bath. This house is ideal for a family or group of friends - head to the beach to play around in the surf and the sand, then walk down to the shops and cafes of Nye Beach, where you might grab a coffee and peruse the ocean-inspired art galleries. A short drive south is the Oregon Coast Aquarium - great fun for the kids and a sure way to tire them out to ensure your evening is a peaceful one. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
