KITCHEN & DINING The well-appointed kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a large butcher block center island with seating for four. Set the six-person dining table for a family-style meal. BED & BATH The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, desk, armchair, and 50in TV. The en-suite bath offers a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed on each level. A guest bathroom on each level includes a tub/shower combination. A fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and toys for young children. OUTDOOR AREA Enjoy the fresh mountain air in the spacious fenced yard.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
