ID verification is required after booking since there is no physical front desk. Property will take 100% deposit after booking.

Guests will receive a rental agreement through email. If no email is received, guests must contact the property prior to check in. The agreement must be returned within 24 hours.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in at the property.

Please note Kasa 2nd Street Austin will charge the credit card for the total amount of your reservation including all taxes at the time of confirmation via the virtual front desk. During the virtual front desk confirmation process a valid ID and a selfie picture is required to be uploaded to complete your check-in.

One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-$30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.

Limited parking is available on-site for a fee based on the length of your reservation: $30 per night for 1-4 nights, $25 per night for 5-7 nights, $15 per night for 8-27 nights, $8 per night for 28+ nights . Parking fees will be collected online in your Kasa Booking Confirmation.
