The next room has two twin over twin bunk beds. The final room has two double beds and a private full bathroom! The second full bathroom is in the hallway with a shower/tub combination. For downstairs unit: Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will be in the living room. This room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, two arm chairs, and a large SmartTV. Through the living room is the dining room. The beautiful farm table provides seating for 6 guests! It is on a residential street and has easy access to most major attractions. It is less than a half mile to major grocery stores and restaurants. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Less than 1.5 miles to Overton Square and the Memphis Zoo, and 3 miles to downtown! With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, our two units can comfortably sleep 22 guests. Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
