The bright, updated interior is rich with contemporary comfort and plenty of space to spread out in comfort. On the main floor, enjoy time together with a spacious, semi-open layout. The front family room welcomes conversation and group gatherings with a cozy sofa and futon. The full kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances, including a new dishwasher, a cupboard pantry, and a farmhouse sink - ready to handle family-style meals with ease. the adjacent dining area offers table seating for eight. Upstairs entertainment awaits in the game and living area. Challenge your guests to a few rounds of Ping-Pong or settle in for a movie on the flatscreen smart TV. A convenient kitchenette comes equipped with bar seating, a mid-size fridge, electric kettle, and water cooler. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
