We are located directly on the Banana River offering nightly sunsets. Plus the Atlantic Ocean (Cocoa Beach) is located directly across the street (2 minute walk) providing sunrise each morning. We are within 30 driving minutes of the Melbourne airport, and 1 hour from Orlando or Sanford Airports. Orlando theme parks are all 1-1.5 hour away, and west coast beaches can be reached within 2-2..5 hours. In addition, our property hosts a fire pit, gas grill, outdoor shower, waterside seating, fishing dock, sunbathing deck, and a beach area for river access.
