This NSB beach house is across the street from the crashing waves and warm sand. In addition to being right by the ocean, you and yours will love how it is only a 6-minute walk from restaurants, bars, and shopping on Flagler Avenue. Make this two-story home for six "yours" and book today! Upon walking in you'll be welcomed by the home's bright interior full of white, teal, and wood accents. Start your tour of the house in the playful kitchen composed of teal backsplash, white cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. From a butcher block island to a chalk wall, you'll find this space inviting and charming. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, a toaster, drip coffee maker and more. Tucked beneath the island are a full-size washer and dryer. Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast counter for three or the dining table for four. After a long stroll down Flagler Avenue, you'll be ready to kick back and relax in the living room. The living area provides a couch, two armchairs, and a Smart TV with cable. From your cozy spot, you'll also have a full view of the backyard. If you prefer R&R outdoors, venture out to the backyard deck with a drink and book in hand. The backyard is fenced in and provides children a safe outdoor space to play. At the end of each beach-filled day, you'll be more than ready to retire to the primary bedroom.
