Share your culinary creations around the table for four in the dining area. This home sleeps three guests in two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and a TV with Roku, while the second bedroom has a twin-size bed. The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Prepare tasty meals on the patio’s gas grill. Take a reflective stroll through the backyard and enjoy the relaxing coastal breeze. On clear nights, roast marshmallows over the wood-burning firepit. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The backyard is shared with an adjacent property, with each property having its own seating area, firepit, and grill. This two-story home has step-free access from the driveway.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
