Winter Season Reservations: Please be aware that reservations made before October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made with a minimum stay of either three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. Additional Information: No Elevator: Please note that this property does not have an elevator. Vehicle Registration Tags are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly. Each reservation allows for a maximum of two vehicles. One being included in your reservation total. Linens are provided, but please remember to bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of essentials, including hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels. Policies: To rent Bayview 19, guests must be at least 25 years of age or older. If bringing a boat, you must provide documentation of registration and boat insurance (minimum of USD250,000 liability) Photo identification is required at check-in. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Dogs are welcome, with a non-refundable pet fee of USD225 per pet required. A maximum of two dogs is allowed.
