It is within walking or biking distance to restaurants, public beaches, shops, bars and iconic Duval Street. This condo prides itself for being one of the very few on the island that sits directly on the coastline. The expansive living room is brightly decorated exuding light from floor to ceiling. The breathtaking view can be seen as soon as you enter this spacious 3-bedroom coastal retreat, with comfortable seating for those spontaneous movie nights. The open kitchen is fully equipped to make that perfect home cooked meal. Relax on the outdoor furniture or dine oceanside on your large, private balcony while soaking in the panoramic ocean views. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy an evening cocktail or freshly brewed morning cup of coffee. Community Amenities: Resort amenities include two ocean side pools (heated), tennis court, outside cooking facilities, fitness center and sauna. Since the shoreline is natural, beach access is best at the public beaches on either side of the community. Smather’s Beach is around the corner to the left and Higgs Beach is just past White Street Pier to the right.
