With the ability to host large gatherings, group vacations, and even weddings, Beach Estate West is a family reunion favorite no matter what! You will have a sparkling private pool to enjoy on the sundeck that overlooks an expansive section of beachfront in Fort Morgan. Ample seating both indoors and outdoors makes reconnecting with family and friends a breeze. The interior has been thoughtfully upgraded with all-new living and dining room furniture, plus there is a custom bar on the deck surrounded by upscale outdoor lounge furniture. When you come, bring your lovely dog, as this amazing retreat welcomes dogs. The main living space is located on the second floor of the home. Here, guests will find an upgraded living space with an inviting living room with a large smart TV and comfortable sofas; a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler, mini-fridge, stove, and oven; and a dining area that comfortably seats the entire group. The beachfront balcony with bar seating is just perfect for alfresco snacks and meals with the beach and Gulf of Mexico as your backdrop. This level also includes one bedroom. Hop on the elevator or walk upstairs to the third level, where guests will find four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Two of these bedrooms are primary suites that face the Gulf. And last, but not least, the upper level hosts the third spacious primary suite with a private deck and an en suite bathroom, and a separate family room with a large smart TV and a full-size fridge.
