Anchored by a center island with seating for six, the kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, dual sinks, and a convenient coffee bar. The adjacent living room boasts a shuffleboard table and TV, while the upstairs living room is similar in design with a TV, a five-seat window bar, an amazing, suspended, circular chair, and family-friendly games. There are two suites on the main level and two suites upstairs - each features a TV and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The custom-built bunk room is decked out with a foosball table, TV, and kid-friendly lounge furniture. Sip morning coffee and listen to the gentle sound of the surf while relaxing on the side deck, equipped with a picnic table and a grill. The adjacent hot tub invites rejuvenating soaks. Follow a short pathway from the deck to the sand and enjoy barefoot beach strolls any time of the day. Experience a quiet location approximately three miles north of scenic Cape Kiwanda and all the amenities and attractions in Pacific City. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
