We also offer our "SBL Stress-Free Damage Benefit” which covers the registered guests against any accidental damages to the unit or its contents for an amount not to exceed fifteen hundred dollars when reported immediately. This eliminates the necessity for traditional security deposits or damage insurance, and provides stress-free protection for guests and owner in the event of an accident. Please note: Pets are allowed in our pet approved properties only and must be approved by Sanibel Vacations. (Dogs only) An additional four hundred dollar fee per dog will apply.

This property is available for monthly rentals so whether you're looking for a place to unwind, explore the area, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings, "Beach Road Bungalow" provides the ideal setting for a memorable vacation. Home amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin futon bed (sleeps 3 MAX), Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, BBQ gas grill, Shell Harbor beach parking pass. Small (25 lbs. or less), hypoallergenic dogs MAY BE allowed with Owner's Approval. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 3 people.
