And the plush living area offers a place to relax and catch up on your favorite shows on the large TV after days of fun and adventure. Cuddle up by the gas fireplace or play a few board games together at the dining table for four. Screened porch and open deck too! Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. This exciting golf course community also features a variety of resort amenities like those at the Pavilion and Recreational Complex including indoor and outdoor pools, an exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, a dry sauna, playground, summer beach shuttle, and a clubhouse with a restaurant. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages four years and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
