This is a large, private room & non-conjoined dedicated/private bathroom on the bottom floor of a large historic house. There is a closet as well as a dresser for personal belongings & a desk for remote use. Please note, similar to a hotel, we provide a mini-fridge & microwave but there is no community kitchen use. There is an ikea space saver desk for working professionals that folds away so you will have enough room to do yoga as well! Guests will have access to the downstairs living room. There is a large pool that is ready for you to cool off after a long day of visiting sunny Florida! This large home has the classic historic charm with a mid-century modern feel. We are a fun-professional couple that lives on premises and are open to socializing and making new friends or will kindly give you the space you need to relax. This home is not suitable for young children under the age of 8. We are a cat friendly household so If you are allergic to cats, please keep that in mind before you book your stay with us!
