This Northstar luxury vacation home has a private hot tub, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of space for larger groups. Offering resort-style amenities like a shared sauna, seasonal pool, community tennis courts, golf-on-site, and a game-filled rec center, this home has something for everyone. Less than a mile from your door, the Village at Northstar offers shopping, dining, an ice-skating rink, outdoor fire pits, and a movie theater. A seasonal shuttle is available to pick you up at your door for skiing, and in the summertime, you'll be just a short drive from golf courses, hiking trails, and mountain biking. Swimming and boating are only seven miles away at Kings Beach on Lake Tahoe. You'll also be close to Crystal Bay's historic casinos and nightlife, as well as Incline Village's dining and casino. THINGS TO KNOW Access to the recreation center amenities costs an additional 10 dollars per-day fee for each guest five years or older.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
