Laid-back coastal luxury and elegant minimalism combine to create Bella Carriage House— a lovely one-bedroom flat in an exclusive Rosemary Beach neighborhood that places you close to the Barbados Pool and the private beach access point. In Rosemary Beach, the carriage houses are located above the garages and allow for plenty of privacy and lots of natural sunlight. Ideal for couples or small families, Bella Carriage House has space for four and includes a primary bedroom as well as an airy, lofted sleeping area. When designing Bella Carriage House, the goal was to preserve the modern minimalist design that can be so calming during an escape to the coast. A cobblestone driveway leads to the stairway that takes you up one flight to the main living area— a bright and open room with crisp white walls and high ceilings. Two walls are made up of mainly windows that let the Florida sunshine flow inside, while custom rattan shades maintain privacy. There’s a comfy cream-colored sofa, a velvety soft armchair, and a large HDTV for those nights when you want to stay in with a good movie and a bowl of popcorn. A peninsula bar with stool seating is a great spot to sip coffee and nibble on blueberry muffins in the morning sunlight. The bar leads into the efficiently-designed kitchen, which features a mini Sub-Zero refrigerator, a dishwasher, an electric range top, a microwave oven, and a stainless steel farmhouse sink. Lots of large windows allow for views of the bustling neighborhood below. In the primary bedroom suite, a sumptuous king-size bed is made up with five-star hotel-quality bed linens and rests against an elegant rattan headboard. The ensuite full bathroom includes a glossy white vanity sink and a step-in shower tiled in gorgeous Carrera marble. A spiral stairway leads up to the second level sleeping space, where you’ll find two twin-size beds and another half bath.
