5 acre estate property with ponds, streams, and a swimming lagoon with a waterfall. This has a panoramic view of the American River and Coloma/ Lotus Valley. You can see the whitewater rafting down below along with the picturesque state park. Stunning views !
Neighbourhood information
We are in the resort area of Placerville by Coloma where the James Marshall gold Discovery Park is one mile from us. There is a museum and panning for gold right near Sutter`s Mill in the state park. Also, whitewater rafting here along with hiking trails and many wineries.
