Or, head three blocks for a fun outing at the Santa Barbara Zoo. You'll also be within walking distance of an acclaimed taqueria and local produce market. You'll also find outdoor batting cages next door. After an exciting day of sightseeing, unwind on the large patio -- complete with loungers, a grill, and alfresco dining. Your rental includes a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a four-top gas range, and a small fridge. Helpful gadgets are also provided, such as a coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven. Make a memorable meal with fresh local produce from the nearby market. When it's time to eat, relax around the expandable dining table with seating for everyone. Comfort awaits with a queen bed and a twin bed. Kick back and watch your favorite shows on the 32" TV with cable. Stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, the bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Just off the kitchenette, a quaint private patio features a table and chairs. You'll also have access to a large shared patio. Equipped with a gas grill, this common area is perfect for alfresco dining. Another table is there for seating and two park benches, along with loungers, are also available. This prime beachside locale is half a block from the Amtrak rails, and passing trains may occasionally be heard (all Santa Barbara beachfront property shares this feature). This is a historical building with multiple units, and sound may carry.
