If you’re looking for the perfect condo for your getaway to Pigeon Forge, then this top floor unit—with beautiful views—is the one for you! You could wake up each morning and sip coffee from your balcony, then end your day watching the fireworks from Dollywood from the very same balcony! We want to offer you a beautiful space—at a competitive price—to create lifelong memories with your loved ones. We would love for you to book with us again and again! This condo has the following bedding configuration: • King in Master Bedroom • King in Second Bedroom • Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Den This condo can sleep a total of 6 people. This condo has plenty of space for you and your loved ones! There is a spacious master bedroom that holds a king-sized bed and overlooks the mountains and quarter mile walking trail. There is also a king-sized bed in the second bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa couch in the living area. Each bedroom has TVs, and there is a large 55-inch TV in the living area, in front of two recliners and a cozy couch. There are two full bathrooms in this unit. The master bathroom has a handicap bar beside the toilet, a shower, a garden tub, and dual vanities with a hair dryer. The second bathroom is connected to the living area and the second bedroom and has a shower/tub combo. This building is closest to most of the amenities, including both an indoor and outdoor pool and a 17-person hot tub. The outdoor pool has a fun mushroom water feature for your children—or you!— to play on and is heated March through May. The indoor pool is open year-round and is always the perfect temperature. Our resort has plenty of space, with several gathering and picnic areas with outside grills. Our newest amenity is a quarter mile walking trail on our five-acre green space. Our grounds also feature many fun outdoor activities, such as tetherball, a volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, a basketball court, and shuffleboard. You’ll love the spacious ar...

All buildings at the resort have an elevator. All units are wheelchair accessible. All units have a full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and stove/oven drop in unit. The kitchens are stocked with dishes and glassware, basic pot and pan sets, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. If you are looking for fancier items such as a wok, rice steamer, crock pot, etc.... you may want to bring it because we do not provide those specialty items. Our rooms and resort contain FREE wifi throughout, cable tv in the rooms, and phone use for local service. Sheets and towels sets are provided for your stay. However, they cannot be changed out. There is a washer and dryer in each unit as well. You may want to bring extra washing powder if you are wanting to do laundry as we only provide a single box use. We do provide a iron and ironing board in the unit. Each unit does have free parking for your car. Our resort features one outdoor pool and one indoor pool. The outdoor pool has a mushroom water feature and shallow wading area and is heated October - December and March - May. The indoor pool is usable and heated when necessary for year long availability.
