You will be within walking distance of a great coffee shop, grocery stores, Thai, Mediterranean, Brazilian, and American restaurants, and within a mile of Quatama Light Rail Station. Some must-visit attractions include Whispering Woods Natural Area, Orenco Woods Nature Park, Reedville Creek Park, Orchard Disc Golf Park, Magnolia Meadows Park, Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, and Wildwood Golf Course. Upon entering this charming home, you will discover a brightly decorated open floor plan. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room, which boasts a gas fireplace and a Roku smart TV (log in using your own accounts). This is a great spot to unwind and catch up on your favorite series! When mealtime comes, prepare a delicious homemade meal in the well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Sliding glass doors lead you to the enclosed back patio where a gas grill can be found. The second floor houses all three bedrooms and an open office-like area with a working desk perfect for working remotely. Additional perks include a second working desk in one of the bedrooms, a washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
