Located just a hop, skip and a jump from downtown Bethany Beach and the Bethany Beach boardwalk in the quiet, wooded community of Bethany Pines, this three-bedroom townhome features a full kitchen, living room, screened porch and fully fenced yard. Grill up some summer fare on the gas grill out on the patio and enjoy alfresco dining at the picnic table. The patio also features an outdoor shower for rinsing-off after a day at the beach or a swim in the on-site pool, located just steps from the front door. Additional complex amenities include tennis courts. The second-floor primary bedroom has an en suite bath and private balcony for sunbathing or stargazing. The other two bedrooms and additional full bath are also located on the second floor, while a half-bath is conveniently located by the kitchen on the first floor. For added convenience, a private full-size washer and dryer is available so you can pack lightly for your stay while staying fresh for any occasion.
