Wake up each morning and head out to the expansive deck to bask in the first light of day with a cup of coffee and tasty breakfast whipped up in the fully equipped kitchen. If it is a bit too chilly outside, stay indoors and snuggle up next to the fire with a good book or kick back on one of the plush leather sofas in the living room as a favorite movie plays on the mounted flatscreen TV. If you brought the kiddos along, they will love claiming the downstairs game room as their own with air hockey, a shuffleboard table, a sofa and love seat, a wet bar with a mini-fridge and microwave, and a flatscreen TV just waiting to provide unlimited entertainment. This charming escapade also features a convenient private hot tub for bubbly afternoons. When it is time to hit the hay, the three bedrooms are spread out across three floors, so everyone will be able to find their own piece of privacy. The lower floor is home to the game room, one full bedroom, and a bedroom boasting a king bed. The main floor will greet you with the main living area, kitchen, a full bathroom featuring a private washer and dryer, and a bedroom with a queen bed. The third floor features a comfortable reading nook at the top of the stairs, then the last bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom with double sinks, standalone shower, and a soaking tub.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
