Come and enjoy this centrally located 2 story fully furnished 2019 townhome . The courtyard includes a BBQ grill, an outdoor kitchen with a wet bar, a large communal table, foosball table and a projector with a screen for movie nights. Split floor plan with master bedroom, en suit bathroom and kitchenette on a first floor. Second floor features full kitchen, bathroom and laundry and 2 more bedrooms (no door between them due to the fire code with king in one and 2 single beds in the second). Note: please do not park on the street, we have 2 parking spaces specifically dedicated to this townhome. While we do not restock like hotels, we encourage you to replenish any depleted supplies at your convenience. Maximum two cars allowed. Outdoor security camera located at the parking lot. Important: Due to fire codes there is no door between 2 upstairs bedrooms. Traveling with a child? We can provide a car seat, a portable playard with a bassinet, and toys.
