This spacious condo boasts 2 bedrooms with 3 total beds and 2 full bathrooms. The 2nd floor condo is securely located in a convenient, gated community with a few restaurants within walking distance. The condo is tastefully decorated in a boho, free-spirited style and has many amenities including a full kitchen with all cookware and spices provided. We also provide beach gear to include an umbrella, beach blankets, chairs, and sand toys! Enjoy a lovely outdoor screened in patio on nice evenings.

Our little neighborhood is convenient to Highway 1 and is very close to the famous Wawa gas station and is walking distance from the Seed Eatery and Rosenfield’s Deli along with Mudslinger’s coffee stand. The condo lot has open parking for two vehicles and there are also bike racks to use for bikes-BYO locks! For entry, going South on Highway 1 requires a U-turn. Once going North there is North a street entrance and a cut-through via the shopping center. We have 2 gates and provide entry codes for guests. We recommend parking at the front lot at the very end for more open spaces and convenience to our stairwell. Guests are allotted 2 vehicles and parking is not assigned nor is a pass required.
