Hi there! We are Bryce and Callie and were excited to host you!  It all started in 2012 when we bought our first home, then we became famous! Nah, not really. BUT our first home, "The Sensible Safari" was featured on HGTV House Hunters when we were newly married. I think Bryce was hooked on homes after that. We've since moved 7 times in the last 9 years and built up our experience as home owners, DIY-ers, property managers, parents, landlords, and now short term rental managers. All along the way moving with us our Alaskan Malamute and growing family. We’re passionate about our homes because we’ve lived in most of them and have created memories with our friends and families. We know what we like in a home and what we would need when we're traveling away from home. We’re excited to pass on memory making opportunities with you in the homes that we are able to share! Our Valley View home in Caldwell is a brand newly built home with upgraded features! it is professionally designed with care and locally sourced items, not just another hotel-styled home! It's curated to feel elevated, stylish and most importantly, comfortable! The light-colored features amplify the natural light & beachy tones to make it feel fresh & bright. It is equipped with a huge Smart TV (bring your own logins). It is a single level home, indoor fireplace, & common area across the street.

A brand new Hayden Homes neighborhood is quiet and friendly! Away from hustle of town, but still only 10 minutes to major shopping and College of Idaho. You'll want a vehicle as there is no public transportation in this area. Parking on the driveway is available, garage too if there is space, but will have to be accessed from inside the home, we cannot provide remotes or codes. There is limited parking on the street, please be courteous of the neighbors.
