After a day on the frosty winter slopes or a fun hot-weather hike, kick back in the suite to watch a good movie or show on the flatscreen TV mounted above the handsome fireplace. Head into the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal then enjoy your masterpiece at the dining table with seating for four. Have a little work to do while you're here? The high-speed WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to perform some online research for those last-minute projects. Reward your hard work with a visit to the shared pool, hot tub, and sauna. When evening falls, gather everyone around the community firepit for an evening of toasted 'Smores and good conversation. Don't forget to use the private stacked washer/dryer to keep everyone looking their best during your stay. THINGS TO KNOW The hot tubs at the resort are currently closed for servicing until December 1st, 2025. High-speed internet for remote workers and students. This retreat does not have AC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
