This comfortable, cozy home includes a boat slip, access to Bass Lake, and use of a private association beach and picnic area. After a day spent out on the water, come home to your very own fish-cleaning station and a large deck with ample seating, where you can relax and admire the wonderful view. Inside, the open floor plan ensures that anyone in the kitchen can still be part of the action. There's a living room with a large flatscreen TV with Roku, a game room, and a laundry room for your convenience. Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary bedroom with big windows and an attached bathroom. Beautiful Bass Lake is a wonderful spot for boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. You'll be close to the Pines Village at the lake, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater of its own. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away. Things to know Pets are not allowed This home has an active surveillance camera at the entry door; it points out from the front door and monitors the front area of the home Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
