Kick back on the queen bed and watch a movie on the 32” TV equipped with Roku or enjoy morning coffee on the private sundeck. Refresh in the en-suite primary bedroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a comfy queen-size bed and a wall of classic books. A futon in the sunroom provides flexibility in sleeping arrangements. A convenient half bathroom is located just off the sitting room. Guests will adore the sundeck just off the master bedroom with commanding views of the ever-changing marsh landscape. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
