This breezy home away from home is conveniently located only two blocks from the beach and less than a mile from the heart of Bradenton Beach, featuring many restaurants and fun attractions, including Bridge St, The Fish Hole Miniature Golf, Bridge Street Clock Tower, Anna Maria Pier, and Sea Rocket Gulf Coast Parasail. When you book this duplex, you have access to a heated outdoor pool that is shared with the other duplex, along with a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off the sand. As you enter, a coastal-themed open floor plan will greet you. Enjoy a sunny living area with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. The living area opens to a balcony overlooking the neighboring homes. When mealtime comes, prepare tasty homemade meals and snacks on the go for your family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a dishwasher for easy clean ups. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs - the primary bedroom enjoys an en suite bath while the guest bedroom has access to the balcony. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
