Q: Are you pet-friendly?
A: *There is a pet fee for all pets that are not service animals. The pet fee is 85 plus tax (per stay, not day) for the first pet, and 60 plus tax for each additional pet. The tax rate is 16%. We handle pet fees manually so additional pets are more affordable for guests. Please let us know about your pets right after you book. Note: Pet fees are not included in the booking total.
Q: What is the Damage Protection Waiver (Service Charge)?
A: This mandatory 32 dollar fee covers guests for up to 500 dollars in accidental damages, if the guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding 500 dollars will be charged to the guest's payment method.
Q: Is there a fee for extra guests?
A: Please select the correct number of guests when booking, as there is a 10 dollar (per person, per night) extra guest fee for each guest after 6.
Q: When is check-in/checkout?
A: Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a 25 dollar per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is 25 per hour.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: Although we have a strict cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason.

Watch out for Cabin Fever! Once you visit, you won't want to leave! This pet-friendly (pet fee applies*) three-bedroom cabin sits just outside of downtown Dahlonega and the University of North Georgia. The amenities do not disappoint—from the game room (ping pong, pool, air hockey, darts, foosball) to the hot tub and fire pit, you won't get bored or need to leave.
This three-story cabin is great for groups that like to spread out. The upstairs loft features a king bed (no bathroom). The main floor also features a bedroom with a king bed, its own TV, and a bathroom off the hallway. The living room on the main floor features a wood burning fireplace and walkout French doors onto the covered porch.
On the lower level you will find a TV room with a 70-inch TV, and a sunroom to enjoy your morning coffee. Sleeping options on this level include a daybed in the common area for additional sleeping (twin with twin trundle), and a master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom.
Hang out in the game room, under the string lights in our six-person hot tub, or roast some s'mores around the firepit.
Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in.
Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Please inquire before booking.
Property Notes:
- The driveway allows for up to four cars, but it is one only one car wide. There is room to park two additional cars off the side of the road if necessary. Parking is not allowed in the garage as it is used as the game room. Parking in the garage will result in a 250 dollar fee.
- The loft bedroom is set back enough to have privacy, but it does not have a door.

Q: What kind of coffee maker do you have?
A: Our property has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee.
Q: Do you provide firewood?
A: We offer firewood available on-site to purchase for 10 dollars per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for 60 dollars (including tax) if you let us know 7 days in advance of your stay. Please message us if you are interested.
Q: What kind of grill do you have?
A: We have a charcoal grill, but we do not provide charcoal.
Q: How do I check in?
A: The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
Q: I thought I saw a different booking price the other day. Why did the price change?
