Located on the Comal River, this condo boasts a comfortable and casual interior with plenty of vacation perks like access to an outdoor pool and hot tub. Not only is the condo steps from the Comal River, it’s also near bike paths and just across the street from Schlitterbahn Water Park. After a full day of exploring the area or lounging by the pool, come home to lounge on the sofa and enjoy the cable TV. When the group gets hungry, take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen. Eat meals together at the dining table or breakfast bar. Rest up in the tranquil bedrooms and get ready for another day of vacation bliss. COMMUNITY AMENITIES -Pool -Hot tub -Charcoal grills THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not operable. Six wristbands and two parking passes will be provided. The wristbands are for access to the property and property amenities only and must be worn by all occupants. They are not for other activities such as admittance to Schlitterbahn or for tube rentals.Wristbands must be returned to the red basket in unit or there will be a charge for each missing or damaged band.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
