Sliding glass doors in the sunroom lead to an ocean-view deck with seating. Two balconies are accessed via the upstairs bedrooms - one of which has a bistro table for two. Fire up the grill in the fenced backyard and enjoy an afternoon cookout. A large lawn is great for yard games. Create tasty meals in the updated and well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig machine. Stretch out on a leather sectional and two armchairs in the coastal-inspired living room. Watch your favorite shows on the 38-inch cable TV. Spend quality time relaxing in the sunroom, featuring wall-to-wall windows and ocean views. This bright and airy space includes ample lounge seating as well as a four-seat table. Each bedroom of this two-level home features ocean views. The upstairs primary bedroom boasts a private, ocean-view balcony and an en suite bathroom configured with a soaking tub. The second bedroom includes a private balcony with ocean views. The adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway and one reserved space on the street. Things to Know This two-story home is accessed via several steps at the entryway. The fireplace is not operational. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
