Inside, there are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms all on separate floors. The loft space is perfect for kids with a 4-in-1 gaming table. The sleeper sofa in the loft pulls out into two twin beds. You will have everything you need to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. This home has high-speed fiber internet connection for work or personal streaming needs. Plenty of comforting knickknacks and pictures adorn the walls, making you feel right at home. You will also be within relatively short driving distance of the Lake Lure Flowering Bridge and Chimney Rock restaurants and shops. Take in all the colors of the plants and the Earth at Chimney Rock State Park. RESORT AMENITIES Rumbling Bald Resort amenities include a heated pool, two outdoor pools, a lazy river (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), hot tub, spa and wellness center, mini golf, basketball and tennis courts, lawn games, playground. Enjoy two golf courses, Apple Valley and Bald Mountain, with dining options at Legends on the Lake, The Gardens, Bears Cup Cafe, and Eagles Nest. THINGS TO KNOW -Lake Lure notice: Pontoon boats and non-motorized vessels may be no longer than 28 feet. All other boats, such as ski boats, fishing boats, etc, may be no longer than 21 feet. -Select watercraft/boats can be rented from a local service from Memorial Week-Thanksgiving. -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. -This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
