Inside, discover large windows and skylights welcoming in plenty of sunshine, soaring ceilings, and comfortable furnishings. Prepare all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine indoors at the large table or alfresco on your furnished patio. Back inside, this home features an inviting living area with a large leather sectional, wood-burning stove, and a 70' TV for streaming using your own accounts, as well as cable. You'll also find several other TV's in the home with cable or streaming so everyone can watch their favorite shows. A second living space offers an additional TV and a plush sofa ideal for relaxing with a mug of cocoa and a good book on quiet afternoons. For sleeping options, choose from four bedrooms including a main room with its own fireplace and en suite bathroom as well as a kid-friendly bunkroom. Things to Know No motorcycles, ATVs, or UTVs are allowed in Black Butte Ranch. No parking of RVs, motorhomes, or trailers of any kind is allowed. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
