We have totally enjoyed our 17 years of being one of the top B&Bs in Sedona. The world is full of wonderful, bright people and we get to meet them and get to know their personalities and experience their laughter. We also enjoy watching people going from being stressed to total relaxation and release of that tight neck and back caused by every day life. We are right across from Cathedral Rock and the vortex. Believe it or not, many people feel something special happening right from our home and property. We bought our one acre in 2000 and built our 4,600 sq. ft. B&B in 2006. Now, we have added a totally private guest house that gives our guests a separate building to enjoy nature while surrounded by luxury and complete comfort. We are 50 ft. away in the "Big House" so you are not stranded with no one to turn to for info. This has been quite a change for us coming from the Chicago suburbs in 1997. Larry ran a juvenile prison in St. Charles, Il and Kathy was a real estate agent after selling large computers and software. We totally understand how necessary it is to get away to the right place to recoup, renew & regenerate. We will do the best we can to make sure that happens.

Plenty of pillows and blankets. Labyrinth, Bocce Ball, Corn hole and horseshoes. Dark skies with stars like diamonds. But just five minutes to the main road 89A with restaurants and stores. Owners are 50' away in the B&B to give you concierge assistance and point you in the best direction for trails, restaurants, tours, vortexes and anything else that peaks your interest. Sedona is just 2 1/2 hours to The Grand Canyon. Enjoy a full private laundry facility with everything you need to wash your clothes including soap and fragrance free dryer sheets. You also have the choice of three different kinds of Yoga mats. There are also anti-gravity chairs so you can lean back and enjoy the stars and sometimes the Milky Way Galaxy in our very dark skies.

We are perfectly located in a residential neighborhood that is quiet and very dark. Most properties are on at least an acre. Guests just love the sound of silence in the middle of the night. You might hear a coyote howl but for the most part it is just the sound of the breeze flowing through the evergreens and the deciduous trees. If the creek is high and running hard, you will also hear it flowing over the rocks less than a mile away. We are just about 7 minutes to the first restaurant on 89A. Many will deliver to our home if you don't feel like going out. Sometimes you just want to set up your dinner on the kitchen table; turn on the fireplace and listen to your favorite music. We also have taxis if you want to spend some time visiting the wineries or a nice restaurant. There are also wine tours, private hiking or vortex tours we will schedule for you. And let's not forget the in-room or outside massages (weather permitting.) Cuddle up in one of our comfy chairs, inside or outside and read one of our books or play a game of cards or maybe a board game.
