Main Street is minutes away by foot to discover many restaurants and lounges, live music venues, coffee shops, markets, art and antique stores, and other essentials. The public community pool at Pinewood Park Aquatic Center is located 0.4 miles away. Outdoor living is fantastic here! Enjoy a private deck that overlooks the rear yard and woods with seasonal streams. The deck offers a comfy lounge area and a gas grill where you can host summertime cookouts with your friends. Shared garage parking available for your use. Inside, the open floor plan has vaulted ceilings and seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Located on the main floor is a laundry room, a half bath, and the primary suite with a walk-in closet and a private en suite bath. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
