This first-floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominium features an enclosed sun deck with river views, ideal for enjoying the scenery during all seasons. It is five blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. Condo amenities include a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area.  The condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, a separate dining area, a primary bedroom with a flat-screen TV, and an office area. This condo is located on the south side of the building, closest to Cooper Avenue. The free local bus - with access to downtown and all four local ski areas - picks up right outside. Primary Bedroom: King bed Other: There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Complex amenities at the Chateau Eau Claire include a glass elevator to all floors, free parking, free Wi-Fi, and an on-site hot tub. Guests have access to a heated pool, additional hot tubs, a workout center, and a conference room directly across the street at the Chateau Roaring Fork.    Please note that beginning Monday, September 25th, 2023, the pool and hot tubs will be out of order to accommodate a pool/spa boiler replacement project.  The project is expected to be completed in early November.  Guests of Chateau Eau Claire receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation and access to local health club facilities.
