Take the kids to Water Country for some family fun where you will find the largest water park in New England. The main living space of the home is located on the second floor, where you will come across a sun-lit open floor plan seamlessly combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The wide-open kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Prepare delicious and steamy coffees using the Keurig coffee maker available. Unwind in the inviting living area and start planning your next adventures while relaxing in style. Or if you would like to delight yourself with beautiful vistas, you can always head over to the large deck. On this level, guests will find three comfortable bedrooms. The lower level of the home features a large pool table, a second living area with a TV, a fourth bedroom, and a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. Additional amenities include partial AC units in each bedroom. THINGS TO KNOW The hot tub, pool, wood stove, and fireplace are not available for guest use. This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
