Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.  NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.  AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.  CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates. PARKING PASSES: 4 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

Feelin’ Good Again is a 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom house sleeping 18 and is located in Orange Beach,Alabama.   Parking available for up to 4 cars THE PROPERTY  Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed Bedroom 2: King-sized bed Bedroom 3: 2 Queen-sized beds         Bedroom 4: King-sized bed Bedroom 5: Twin XL over Twin XL bunkbed plus Full over Full bunkbed Queen Sleeper Sofa in Common Area Feelin’ Good Again is a luxury home located in the peaceful Summer Salt neighborhood of Orange Beach. This ideal location is nestled between the coastal preserve of the Gulf State Park and the pristine white sand beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast.  Once you step in the door, you will be welcomed by coastal colors and professional décor in every corner of the home. The main floor living space is open to each other allowing all guests to visit and enjoy each other’s company during their stay. The living room includes two chairs, a large sofa with lounge, flat screen television, and loads of natural light. The dining area allows seating for 8 at the table and an additional 4 at the island. The kitchen is fully outfitted with utensils and appliances for guest use during their stay.  The Primary bedroom with king-sized bed is located on the main floor and on the back side of the home allowing for wooded views. The Primary bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and includes a large double vanity, shower, and soaking tub. Also located on the main living floor is an additional guest bedroom with king-sized bed. The guest bathroom is accessible near this bedroom and also available for use of all guests from the hallway.  On the second floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom includes 2 queen-sized beds and is ensuite to the private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a king-sized bed. The final bathroom is accessible to the bedroom and hallway. This allows for use by guest using the bunkroom area. The third bedroom is a bunk-room including a twin XL over twin XL bunk bed.
