THIS IS A PRIVATE ROOM WITHIN A HOME. THE HOST LIVES IN HOME! Located minutes away from everything and everywhere in central Columbus. Ample parking options, on-site and street parking, plenty of backyard space- fully fenced, there’s a walking trail right behind the house, and a park 2-3 mins from the house for kids. Inside, you will enjoy free complimentary wi-fi, natural light, a clean aesthetic, shower essentials, and access to the kitchen and dining area. Your bedroom is furnished with a luxurious and super comfy king-sized bed, a shoe rack, a closet space, an iron, and an oversized and comfortable couch, upon arrival, rest assured that your room has been properly cleaned and sanitized for your comfort. Your bedroom features a mini fridge with plenty of storage space, several bottled water, a coffee station with a coffee maker, coffee mugs, utensils, free coffee options, tea, and sugar. The room has a door and lock for guest privacy. You'd be renting a private bedroom inside a shared house. There would be other people (my family) in the house during your stay, however, contact may be very minimal. Free earplugs will be provided for use if ever needed. Bathroom- Unattached but private and dedicated. Accessible laundry in the well-lit basement for guests. Free laundry detergent is provided. Household essentials provided will include- paper towels, bath towels, wash clothes, toothbrush, decent-sized toothpaste, body soap, and extra linens for the bed. The main entrance is self-check-in. Pets are not allowed. This may not be a great fit for you if you don't like kids. No smoking is allowed in and around the property.
