We are a family with defects (Who doesn't? LOL), but a family full of love and a lot of fun. We have 3 wonderful daughters and one miracle son! So, It is with a heart full of gratitude to God that we announce our properties. Our Lord honored us with his promise and word, and gave us a new business to take care of, to manage! There were many difficult days, in which we never gave up, the faith was never shaken! And I knew, WE KNEW that the day we expected would arrive! We are very happy! The magic of Orlando starts at home! This house is for you looking for luxury, fun and comfort in one place! Transparency and communication is very important to us! We want to make it clear, that we are here at your disposal for any doubts or suggestions. We can't wait to have you here enjoying peace and quiet and having lots of fun! The space 5 bedrooms (3 of them with king size beds), 5 bathrooms, garage with ping pong table, pool/spa (heating for a fee) and much more! Your kids will go crazy with our themed rooms: When they're not exploring the parks or relaxing/playing by the pool, they can immerse themselves in the charms of HARRY POTTER and MICKEY'S ROOM. With a large resort, in a great location, it will make this the best of all your family vacation. The entire house has high speed internet coverage and central air conditioning. A dishwasher for all your needs, washer and dryer, and plenty of utensils and appliances so you can feel right at home. - We offer some kids amenities, such as: High chair Baby gate for security Crib Pack N 'Play Plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. - We offer pool/spa heating for an additional fee (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warmed up to 90ºF. Please let us know if you choose this service on the day you book, so that we can keep everything organized for your arrival! :) - We charge a fee to use the BBQ grill, we offer the empty propane gas tank. **It is the guest’s responsibility to fill the tank if it is empty! We have space for 2 cars on the driveway. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. **Unfortunately our guests will not have access to the Club House (all amenities) at Encore At Reunion.

We know that in the Orlando Metropolitan area, where everything is so spaced out, location is VERY important. Guess what? This one is impeccable: Encore at Reunion is around 15 minutes from the Walt Disney Complex, 25 from Universal. Shopping? We’re 17 minutes from Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, and under 20 from the nearest Walmart, Walgreens, Target… anything you want. And the best part: They are all basically to the same direction, so you can always drop by one on the way back from the other. No need to make crazy logistic plans. This house is for people that already do that too much on their regular time, and stay here exactly so they can relax and live with ease. Just a few more important things for you to know: Safety is always important, and that starts outside-in: the house is located at the ENCORE AT REUNION, a gated community with 24/7 security and everything you could dream of. Getting around The best way to get around is with your own car, rental, or Uber. We offer free parking at the house.
