We always wanted to have a place people could come to be refreshed, relax and reconnect to escape the daily grind and busy schedules. We found this abandoned property in October 2022 and finally finished the restoration in July 2024. We tried our best to capture the spirit and heart of the original owners, the Hubbard family (that's where we got the name The Hub). They built this dream home of theirs in the 1970's as a place where the family could gather, make memories and enjoy. It has now been completely rebuilt, remodeled and made new for you. We hope you will be making lots of memories here of your own!

The house and the 5 acres and trails and woods are yours - enjoy! We are nestled right beside the North Entrance to Letchworth State Park Canyon & Waterfalls - less than 1 mile - literally next driveway down. Our family business, The Old Window Company, has a separate freestanding garage away from the house which we sometimes do shop work at. This does not bother guests in anyway, and when they are there it is only Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We are excited to have plans in the future to offer classes to guests that want to learn how to restore and maintain their old windows too!
