Welcome to HAPPY HOUR TYBEE! My cute and cozy condo is located on North side of Tybee at LightHouse Point. The area is very quiet and peaceful featuring mostly families. The community features 3 pools, a pool being for younger ones, outside showers, and an outside charcoal grill. Happy Hour Tybee is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The master suite with an ocean view is a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom that faces towards the pool is a king. I did not want just a normal pull out sofa couch. Most of the time the the couch itself is more comfy than a pull out couch. The Couch can be combined and sleep 2 adults and probably 3 kids. Sheets and comforter for it will be in the couch storage. I wanted this condo to feel like home for families so I provided an air Fryer, crock pot, Nespresso machine with coffee pods, all new silver wear with all new glass plates and cups. Brand new 75 in tv for the dads that do not like the beach. Also have Peacock premium and Samsung plus channels. New Stand under the TV with an electric fireplace for a full cozy mode. Brand new couch, and brand new bamboo sheet comforters. I have put so much love in this thing and I hope I can make each family create an unforgettable experience. I am from Statesboro GA. As a kid I loved coming to Tybee Island and walking the beach, eating seafood at Fannies. As you get older you realize how important and precious those moments are. I really tried my hardest to create a feel at home condo and provide everything that families would use daily.

I chose this neighborhood because it is on the quiet private north end of the beach. It is like you have the whole beach to yourself. Also they have 3 pools with one being a kid pool, outside showers, and a grill. You have unlimited room to set up whatever you want on the beach. With ONLY a few steps away
